KICK-OFF SUMMER SWIM LESSON SAFETY DAY

Get ready for your summer swim lesson by joining the Lions Park Pool swim lesson staff for a mini swim lesson and safety day. Swim Lesson Safety Day is a FREE event and open to all swimmers ages 3-16. This event is FREE but preregistration is required by Thursday, May 28 (LR)

WORLD’S LARGEST SWIM LESSON

Thursday, June 18 • 10am

Want to be a famous record setter? Here is your chance - join us as we try to set the Guinness World Record for the largest swim lesson. Across the globe waterparks, pools, and other aquatic facilities will be hosting a swim lesson at the exact same time. This event helps to build awareness about the vital importance of teaching children to swim to help prevent drowning. Register today to take part in this record breaking event. This event is FREE but pre-registration is required by Tuesday, June 16. (LR)

SCHOOL’S OUT FOR SUMMER: MOVIE IN THE PARK

Prospect Park Pavilion | Friday, June 26
Activities begin at 7:45pm and Movie at 8:15pm

Come join us for a movie in the park! “Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day”revolves around Alexander, who always seems to have a bad day. His family thinks he is silly and in order to prove them wrong, he wishes for them to have a bad day. Throughout the day, things begin to go awry for his family and Alexander can’t help but feel responsible. This movie will make you laugh and remember that even on bad days, good things can happen. Activities and crafts will take place before the screening. Remember to bring your blankets and chairs to enjoy the movie under the stars.

ICE CREAM SOCIAL @ Prospect Park NEW!

It’s not summer without ice cream!! Join us at the Prospect Park Pavilion for an old fashioned ice cream social. Vanilla ice cream with a variety of yummy toppings will be provided for you to create your ice cream sundae.
